| Robert W. (Bob) Taylor is a senior corporate
executive specializing in finance,
accounting and operations. Bob’s
19-year executive career includes serving as corporate CFO, COO, controller and consultant
for both public and private companies since 1991.

Halliburton Company
and served in Internal Audit positions in Houston
(Brown
& Root),
Dallas (Otis
Engineering) and London during his 3 year
tenure with the company. While based in London, his responsibities led to assignments
in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. He
moved from London to Southern California in 1984 and spent 7 years in the
audit and business advisory practice of
Arthur
Andersen & Co. in Orange County, California before
beginning his corporate excecutive work.

over $8 billion in revenues and has worked in at least 10 countries.
He has a proven track
record of championing difficult assignments and projects.
Bob has provided successful leadership in
many areas including operations restructuring, debt and equity financing, mergers and
acquisitions (M&A), reverse mergers, multi-location operations, financial restatments, GAAP
and SEC research and application, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial
modeling and financial analysis. He has also championed several difficult SEC filings including
SEC Forms 10-K, 10-KSB, 10-Q and 8-K/A.
He has also helped multiple privately owned companies successly
move to a public company status.
