Robert W. (Bob) Taylor is a corporate leader who helps companies get to the next level through his strategic, tactical and operations focus. A finance and operations specialist by background, Bob’s 28-year career includes serving as CFO, COO, controller and consultant for public and private companies since 1991. Bob began his career with the Halliburton Company and served in Internal Audit positions in Houston (Brown & Root), Dallas (Otis Engineering) and London during his 3 year tenure with the company. He moved from London to Southern California in 1984 and spent 7 years in the audit and business advisory practice of Arthur Andersen & Co. in Orange County before beginning his corporate leadership work. more about companies served

Bob has served companies ranging from $5 million to over $8 billion in revenues and has worked in at least 10 countries. He has a proven track record of championing difficult assignments and projects. Bob has provided successful leadership in many areas including operations restructuring and difficult SEC filings including Forms 10-KSB and 8-K/A. Bob is a CPA and has been licensed by the State of California since 1987. He is a member of the American Institute Of Certified Public Accountants.

Bob is involved in several professional organizations including Arthur Andersen - Orange County (Founder & Sponsor), Association for Corporate Growth, Southern California Venture Network and ProVisors. Bob is also a member of the 2009-2010 Mentor Business Associates Program at Chapman University.

Bob is a graduate of the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) and he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - Accountancy degree from the School of Accountancy. He was awarded an academic scholarship by Ole Miss to attend the school and obtained several scholastic honors while there. He was also a member of Kappa Alpha Order.

Bob has been an Orange County resident since 1984. He is a native of Caruthersville, Missouri and was born in Kennett, Missouri. He grew up in a family of entrepreneurial business owners and business executives.
